A very interesting aged black tea made with Jin Xuan cultivar.
Unlike normal black tea that we would emphasis on its aroma, we advise to use lower temperatures to highlight the special honey hints and sweetness of this black tea being naturally aged for 10 years.
How to Brew
Gong Fu Cha, Porcelain Gaiwan, 5g / 100-110ml water
1st steep: 100°C, 5 seconds, rinse
2nd - 4th steeps: 90°C 40 seconds ; 50 seconds; 90 seconds; 120 seconds
Cool it down, drink it at 40-50°C (leaving it for 5-8 mins).
little bit of sourness, smelling a bit like a dark chocolate! 🍫 and iced tea, but taste quite sweet and smooth!
