About Us
We are tea people behind YUMM CHA. Born and grew up in Taiwan and Guangdong, now settled in Amsterdam. Our collections come from the lands, the growers, and the makers who shaped us.
After many years in health-tech engineering and pharmaceutical life in the Netherlands, we embrace a new way of living through the Eastern arts of tea and incense, experiencing simplicity and stillness in every sip and breath.
We stepped into the finest speciality teas as we feel honoured to share the best of our roots and lands. We work closely with the most trusted ecological farms in Taiwan, Guangdong, and Fujian, as well as a century-old incense house.
Before establishing the project, we studied tea at the Taiwan Tea Authority and learned from award-winning tea masters. We personally handle each item and thoroughly research every tea, incense, and teaware offered at YUMM CHA. Our collection is refined yet fun to explore, traditional yet made for today.

- Our incense uses wild agarwood, sandalwood, and pure botanicals, no synthetic fragrances, no added aromas.

The third-generation successor of a century-old incense house in Taiwan. Over 20 years of incense making and education from Taiwan and Japan. Awarded as an incense maker in Taiwan and China.

Over 30 years of running a famous art & culture tea house in Taipei. One of the top Antique Yixing Clay pot collectors in the Taiwan area.

Japanese pottery experts and exporters. Years of experience and extensive networks with the top award-winning artists in Japan. Moved to the Netherlands as of March 2024.
