Green and White Teas
Light Oolongs
10-25% oxidised with No or Light Roasting to highlight the inherent tastes of the specific cultivar and the cleaness of its growing climates. Notes: floral, buttery aroma is reminiscent of pastry, often with refreshing aftertaste and light-bodied. Highly recommended for Lighter Tea lovers.
Roasted Oolongs
25-40% oxidised with Medium to Heavy Roasting, lower in caffeine. Focused on precise roasting control for intensified and intricate aromas and flavors. Top notes with roasted/baked grains or smoky, biscuits, dark chocolate tones, ripe plum scents. Often middle with floral, pear, apple, and then finish with a comforting woody, nutty aftertaste. Typically medium-bodied.
Aromatic Oolongs
40-80% oxidised or a high fermentation triggered by bites of the little tea leafhoppers. No artificial additives, entirely natural tastes.
This unique collection showcases heavenly aromatic profiles: A symphony of floral notes akin to roses, exotic hints of tropical fruits such as mango, or ripe fruits notes such as longan, muscatel grapes. Comes with a lingering honeyed finish that delivers a rich and full-bodied sensation. Perfect for connoisseurs.
Guangdong Dancong Oolongs (Updating)
New collection of Dancong Oolong: a tribute to our team’s Guangdong Gong Fu Cha heritage.
“Dancong,” or “single bush,” with its unparalleled rich aroma, it wins the tittle of the “perfume of tea”. Each variety is harvested from a distinct tea bush, capturing the unique terroir and character of various villages on the Phoenix Mountain, and offering a widest range of aromas, from floral, fruity to nutty and spicy (over 200 types).
Our exclusive Dancong teas are only handpicked from ancient trees, masterfully roasted by tea artisan in Chaozhou, the origin of Gong Fu Cha culture. They are in very limited production.
This collection is crafted for true Gong Fu Cha and oolong connoisseurs, with an authentic and the finest taste of Guangdong oolong teas.
