Once your order is successfully placed, you will immediately receive an order confirmation email from info@yumm-cha.com. This email includes your order number, items purchased, shipping address, and payment details.
If you don’t see it in your inbox within a few minutes, please check your spam/junk folder as sometimes our emails hide there.

Yes. If you need to update your shipping details or change the pick-up time after you receive an order confirmation email, reach out to us as soon as possible before you receive a fulfilment notification email from us (approx 8-12 hour window on weekdays from order confirmation).
Once your order enters the parcel registration and dispatch process with our third-party warehouse, we may no longer be able to make any changes to the shipping.
If incorrect shipping information is provided at checkout, YUMM CHA cannot be held responsible for any loss or failed delivery.
If the package is returned to us and you wish to resend it, a new shipping fee based on the logistics provider’s rates will apply.
We ship all orders within the European Union and the UK. Shipping to the U.S. is available for orders under the 800 USD tax-exempt threshold.
The shipping fees are updated and provided on time by our third-party logistics provider. You may refer to the shipping costs and conditions in our Shipping Policy.
As we continue to grow, we look forward to expanding YUMM CHA’s collections to additional regions.
Delivery times vary by destination:
- European Union: typically 2–7 business days
- United States: usually 7-12 business days, depending on the shipping method and local customs processing
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email with your tracking link for real-time updates.
For the safety of all customers and in accordance with food safety regulations, we are unable to accept returns of any food products, whether opened or unopened.
For non-food items, we offer a simple and careful return process:
- You may contact us within 14 days of delivery to request a return for any reason.
- Please ensure the item is unused, undamaged, and securely protected in its original packaging for reselling.
- Return shipping costs are covered by the customer, and we will provide the return address and guidance once you email us.
After your item arrives and passes inspection, we will issue your refund promptly to your original payment method.

When your order is ready, you will receive a fulfilment notification. After receiving this email, you’re welcome to collect your order at:

If we are participating in a market or tea festival, you may also arrange to pick up your order directly at the event during its opening hours. Simply reply to your confirmation email to coordinate the time and location.
