    • Each month each event, we will curate a selection of teas that match the season's themes and feeling.

      Featured Teas

The event features a curated selection of some of the most prestigious teas, each offering its own story and flavour profile; we will taste at least 3-4 different teas from the list of:

          1. Sun-Link-Sea High Mountain Oolong, rare batch spring 2024
This high mountain oolong is from our partnered eco-friendly tea garden situated in the Sun-Link-Sea Forest. It has the iconic refreshing and cool fragrance only existed in high mountain teas. The soy of the tea garden is carefully cultivated with good baterias.
          2. Lishan High Moutain Milky Oolong (TTES No.12), roasted by infamous tea master from SanXia, New Taipei
This special batch of milky oolong has a slightly higher roasting level than general milky oolong. By gently roasting it with low tempertaure, the tea master perserved the tea’s natural florish scent while bring out the iconic buttery note of the milky oolong cultivar.
          3. Alishan High Moutain Tea Meishan Spring Competition Winner, 2024
Alishan is famous for its superior high-mountain oolong teas. The depth of scents and rounded mouthfeel of this specific batch (0548) left us a remarkable experience compared to any Alishan oolong teas we tried this year.
          4. Dong Ding (Frozen Summit) Oolong, Lugu Spring Competition Winner 2024
Our Dong Ding Oolong tea leaves are carefully hand-picked and processed through a meticulous series of steps including withering, rolling, oxidising, and roasting. Undergoing over 20 hours of repeated roasting, this complex process is essential in developing its distinctive characteristics: a rich, floral aroma with a smooth, sweet, and slightly toasty flavour, smoother than normal Dong Ding oolong.
          5. Golden Osmanthus Tie Guan Yin / Iron Goddess made by our Award-winning tea master in Maokong, Taipei
Tieguanyin is one of the heaviest roasted oolong teas in Taiwan. This rare batch is made of golden osmanthus cultivar and the tie guan yin cultivar, giving it a distinctive aroma profile of floral hint on top of the roasting tea base. It is a must-try from our tea collection, offering a unique delightful experience!
          6. Medium Roasted Four Season Green (Sijichun), roasted by infamous tea master from SanXia, New Taipei
Four Seasons Spring tea is known for its bright, gardenia-like fragrance and lightly sweet flavor. Typically, it's made with low oxidation and minimal roasting. However, this special medium-roasted Si Ji Chun offers a richer profile, with fruity flavors and smooth notes of caramel and brown sugar.
          7. Ruby White Tea (TTES No.18) made by our Award-winning tea master in PingLin, Wenshan, Taipei
Ruby (TTES No.18) is a unique cultivar only available in Taiwan. Ruby is normally used to produce high quality black tea. It gives a signature minty scent with fruity taste with a hint of cinnamon.
          8. A special slow-roasted Dong Ding oolong, in collaboration with the renowned tea house in Taipei
Conclude your tasting with our slow-roasted oolong, which was aged for over three years in the traditional Dong Ding style and blended with two cultivars. This tea embodies a rich, smoky flavour with layers of depth enhanced by the prolonged roasting process.
