All teas presented in this session are personally selected by Macey and Master Lin, who is widely recognised as one of the best Dancong tea makers with hundreds of awards nationally and a respected competition judge in China.
Curated for serious Dancong and oolong lovers, this Chaozhou gong fu cha journey offers limited Dancong varieties appreciated by tea masters as well as local tea connoisseurs. These teas reveal their depth gradually, with aroma clarity, clean structure, extremely smooth texture, and a quiet, enduring presence that leads you to the highest-standard Dancong.
Through the rhythm of Chaozhou gong fu cha brewing by local Gong Fu Cha practitioner Macey, each infusion unfolds and beyond their sensory system, like colour, aroma, taste, inviting participants to a deeper bodily and inner experience through many layers and infusions.
