Product description
"Amber Rhyme 85" heavy roasted oolong tea has a number 85 comes from the temperature during the hand roasting process.
The heart of this roasted oolong tea is a blend of competition-grade Dong Ding Chin-Shin Oolong and complemented by the high and clear aroma of Sijichun, with a special ratio of two cultivars then roasted in traditional Dong Ding style.

Behind the Tea
This special Oolong blend is created by Mr. Huang (黃駿豪), the owner of one of the oldest traditional teahouse in Taipei, alone with a local tea roaster located in the famous Lugu (鹿谷) township.
"Returning to the essence of things" is the spirit behind this tea. Mr. Huang is adept at uncovering the shining essence within materials that are often overlooked by conventional standards. With machine harvest tea leaves and Sijichun, Amber Rhyme is born under the same philosophy.
"Without sacrificing the taste, I hope to maximize the essence of tea and offer it to anyone who appreciates the essence of things, while keeping the price reasonable" Mr. Huang said.
