Gong Fu Cha style:

4g / 100ml , 100°C, Zu Ni clay pot 

60 sec / 50 sec / 50 sec / add 5 secs each steep from the 4th steep 

Western Teapot:

Tea / water ratio 1:100, 100°C, brew for 5 mins.
