This single-tree selection comes from Zimao Village in the Phoenix Mountain region of Chaozhou, Guangdong, grown at over 800 meters above sea level from 50+ year-old tea trees.
Our selection focuses on the qualities that define a high-grade old bush Dancong: vivid natural fragrance, smooth texture, clean structure, and a long floral-sweet aftertaste. Finished with two rounds of medium-light roasting, the tea preserves a bright osmanthus aroma while adding depth, roundness, and balance to the liquor.
