Use a Yixing teapot and TDS 50-100 mineral water with PH 6.6-6.8

First infusion, 100-degree water to rinse off the tea leaves for 8-10 seconds

From 2nd to 5th infusions:

60 seconds, 70 seconds, 90 seconds, 120 seconds, 150 seconds (adjust according to personal experience )
