The clay used is red Yixing clay (hong ni), known for its clean, pure character and excellent performance with fragrant teas. It is particularly suitable for brewing high-mountain oolongs, light oolongs, and aromatic Dancong teas, allowing their high floral notes and clarity to shine.The pot features a hand-carved Heart Sutra (般若波羅蜜多心經) across its body, adding a meditative aesthetic and spiritual quietude to the tea experience.
