Black Tea | Hainan Honey Black Tea 海南五指山紅茶

Hainan Black Tea come from the Tropical Rainforest that create a very unique sensation and special experience due to the significant difference in climate. It is now one of the most special black teas in China.

Production region: Wu Zhi Mountain (800m) in Hainan (the most south province in China).  

How to Brew

Gong Fu Cha:

4g / 100ml , 90-95°C, white porcelain gaiwan. 

First steep 15 sec, add 5-10 secs each steep.

Teapot:

Tea / water ratio 1:100, 90°C, brew for 3-4 mins.
