How to Brew
Gong Fu Cha:
Water Temperature: Use water at 90-92°C
Tea to Water Ratio: Use 5-6 grams of tea for a 100-150ml gaiwan.
Steep: Start with a 45-60 second steep, then steep by 10-20 seconds for each following steeps
Mug or Western teapot:
Tea to Water Ratio: use 2-3 grams per 200-250 ml water
Brewing Time: Steep for 3-4 minutes; re-steep multiple times.
